I’m busy blasting the theme from Rocky and training for my pose-off rematch with John Scalzi, in which we’ll both be attempting to duplicate this pose while decked in suitably festive holiday attire. I can essentially see the pose being doable, from a reclining position. Still going to hurt like Hades, though.

And Yay! Holiday reruns! Better than the "2012: Startling New Secrets" I have on Syfy right now. I know, but it was the only thing on the telly, at this wee hour, with nary a penguin in sight.

Oh, I don't know about She-ra, but Xena and her sidekick were supposed to be, ahem, underplaying something, or so I've been led to understand.

Yoga, yoga, yoga - do with supports for a bit on the standing stuff, but that'll help the flexibility. Good luck! And do NOT stretch to the point of pain.
