My final change to Goblin Mage came from a suggestion by hpoppink, who said Goblin Hero might be a more appropriate title. Damn it, she's right. Mage refers mainly to Veka, whereas Hero could apply to both Veka and Jig, and also captures one of the book's central themes.

Of course, I just sold my short story "Goblin Hero" to the Bash Down the Door anthology, but that's a short story. This is a novel. Hopefully there won't be any problems there.

Now all that's left is to print it out and drop it in the mail. Must...pry...fingers...from...manuscript....
