Two Weeks to Unbound: Audio Book Giveaway!

UnboundUnbound [Amazon | B&N | Indiebound] comes out in two weeks!

To mark the occasion, and to celebrate that the Audible audio book of Unbound is now available for pre-order, I decided to do a giveaway.

I’ll be giving away a download code for the audio book of Libriomancer, the first book in the series. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment saying what you think Smudge the fire-spider should get for Christmas this year.

(For those who are wondering why a fire-spider would celebrate Christmas, Smudge celebrates anything that involves getting presents. He’s also very much into chocolate Hanukkah gelt.)

But wait, there’s more! Want to double your chances of winning? If you’ve reviewed Libriomancer or Codex Born anywhere, just mention that in your comment, and you’ll be entered for a second drawing for a second Libriomancer audio book download!

Anyone can enter. I’ll probably draw winners some time this weekend.

Gelt, that's a good scrabble word. Wondering where you get quality chocolate coins, the ones I've had were disappointing.

He should get an asbestos jungle gym to build webs on.

Obviously Smudge should get his own temple of chocolate with white chocolate pillars and dark chocolate mosaics and a milk chocolate altar, with tiny little chocolate/candy offerings laid out artistically.

Since I live in New Zealand, I think Smudge should get a box of chocolate-covered wetas :D

Also, since I'm off work on my Christmas hols, I've been reading a lot. I re-read the first Jig book yesterday, and at the end where he finds the 'new' baby Smudge -- yeah, my Grinchy little heart just swelled up and grinned like an idiot. Thanks for making my day.

Oops, forgot to mention: I did review Libriomancer: http://horace-hamster.livejournal.com/76378.html

But I'm not set up to do audio books (broken speakers on my computer, and no ipod or ipad or ipee or ipoop or iwhateverthingie), so no need to put me in the draw. Just edto flag to the world that your books are awesome and always leave me with a happy smile.

Smudge should get a golden ticket so he can take over a candy factory like that one kid. That kids got to be close to dying now? Right?

A bag of gumdrops and/or jellybeans of his favorite flavor(s). I'd love to give him a jellybean factory (I'm fairly certain that Jelly Belly would do better under his management), but I'm afraid I don't have that kind of money.

You've already read and responded to my review of Libriomancer, and I thank you again for that :) I can't find the LJ link at the moment, but I've got the DW link here, if you want to refresh your memory.

Smudge should get one of everything mentioned and a bag of those red hots cinnamon candies, but only if they are opened with great enthusiasm so that the cinnamons go skittering all over the place. A spider's got to have some fun right?

And a "review" of Libriomancer and Codex Born. Was Libriomancer really that long ago? Seems like it came out just this spring. Huh!
